Very cute spot we found last minute for brunch. We were on our way to the airport and stopped in to eat. Food was good, decor was interesting to look at while waiting and our server was nice. A little difficult to find parking, we had to park and walk 2 blocks, but other than that I would go again.

We came as a party of 6 on a Saturday weekend afternoon and was seated right away inside. The outside tables however were booked. Our server was amazing and patient with my party which gave modifications on half of our orders and asked a bunch of questions. The classic eggs benedict was good and so was the Sam’s omelet. Super vegetarian/vegan friendly. The medley crue bowl had this avocado cilantro sauce that was so absolutely yum!

AMAZING brunch! We got the avocado toast flight and the breakfast egg rolls to share. The toast was great and the egg rolls were insane. Add their house hot sauce and it went next level. Mimosas are huge and just the way we like em, with ICE! Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and got us sat quickly as we were a party of 2. It was a beautiful spring day so the outdoor seating was awesome. I would definitely recommend The Friendly Toast to anyone on a mission for a brunch that won’t disappoint!

Stayed at an Airbnb around the corner for a week and found ourselves going here every day. Great coffee, fresh OJ and sandwiches that are out of this world.  do not recommend this place for vegetarians or vegans. We found a piece of chicken in our food. I clearly remember asking if the sandwich we ordered was vegetarian, and they assured us it was. The piece of chicken was so small that it makes me think they use the same tongs for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian orders.

When we reported this, they said they wouldn’t charge us for the sandwich, but they were not apologetic. So, we are a little disappointed.
