Really enjoyed the grilled chicken bowl! The ingredients all seemed fresh. The dining room is a little small but we were still able to find a table. The bathroom is hilariously tiny – I am 5’0 and I couldn’t sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall in front of me.

How have I not ever tried this place? There’s always a crowd. I got the Fajita Bowl ( the most expensive item $12.95) and got 2 scoops of carne asada/steak (unbelievably delicious), Al Pastor (excellent) and chicken (not as tasty as the others). I skipped the rice and lettuce and filled the bowl with the complimentary hot and cold sides including guacamole, roasted veggies, 3 types of beans, queso, cilantro and onions, mango habanero salsa and smokey chiptole Mayo! 3 tortillas and I was set for 2 meals! Can’t wait to go back.

This place was amazing. I was in Boston for a week and ended up going 3 times. A couple times we had a quick brunch on the patio and once I had dinner inside. Such a cool ambiance. I saw a review that said you have to be 20 to eat here which I don’t understand. As long as you love cool decor and background music you’ll love this place. Best cocktails I’ve ever had, great artichoke empanadas, fresh fruit chia pudding.

Really liked their location and margaritas. Food was also ok. Some of the personnel was super nice, especially the girl that seated us, but some would not even look at us, forgot to take the order or bring the bill. Maybe was just a bad day but all tables around us complained and created a strange atmosphere. There was also a strange 3% tax for cooling the food?!? The prices were already high so is absurd to add cooking tax, and tips to pay the serving personell.

Was recommended the El guapo burrito. Tasted great! Good flavour and i think there was banana or some kinda fruit in there which i found rly unique! It was really affordable as well. Even more significant for me though was that the service was topnotch. The lady who served me was all smiles and v friendly. She even went out of her way when I asked for a favor regarding keeping my backpack safe for an hour as I couldn’t have it w me. To my surprise she accepted. Let’s be real. Boston isn’t exactly overflowing with great Mexican restaurants, and when it comes to Fenway, it feels like a desert. El Pelon used to be the most decent one in the area, but its quality has gone down in the past few years. I used to order their Platos for delivery occasionally, but I recently had a bad experience with the pork and chicken platos. Both meats were dry, and the toppings lacked the punch of flavor you’d expect. Even compared to local chains like El Jefe’s, it fell flat. The Steak Platos I tried during lunch were a slight improvement, but not enough to quench my Mexican cravings. It’s a shame that El Pelon is still considered the best takeout Mexican option near Fenway. Not sure if I’ll be going back.

Cósmica is about more than just the food. It’s about the whole experience. The restaurant is fun and charming. Cósmica has a lively atmosphere indoors and out. The restaurant gets crowded on weekends, so reservations are recommended.

Cósmica is a unique and flavorful dining experience in Boston. This restaurant has great cheesy shrimp tacos and a lively atmosphere. The prices are high, but the flavors and atmosphere make Cósmica a must-visit for taco lovers.

What a fun eatery! We enjoyed a burrito (asada con queso), three tacos (asada, chorizo, and suadero), and the chips with guacamole. The scenery is spectacular and we were given a table overlooking the water.. The waitress and host were excellent, very friendly. One of the dishes did not arrive for one of the guests, don’t know whether that was a waitress issue or a kitchen issue. The food was excellent and all the dishes very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor bomb of the way the al pastor meat was seasoned. Texture was a little dry, but for a franchise-y environment that’s a notch above chipotle…that’s pretty dang good. Definitely get the fajita bowl if you want a lot of content and FOMO all the different meats – you can get 3 different proteins and it comes with 3 tortillas so you can make your own tacos 🙂 My advice is just to get plantains with everything, they usually make everything better. Mangonada and horchatas are both very sweet but fun and nicely flavored!
