I had lunch at Potbelly Sandwich Works in Columbus, Ohio, and it was a great choice. The place was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere, with soft music playing in the background. There were just enough people to feel lively without being too noisy. I ordered the Pizza Melt and got a Banana Pudding Shake on the side. The sandwich was hot and cheesy with just the right amount of seasoning, and the shake was thick, sweet, and full of flavor—it tasted like homemade pudding. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was cooked perfectly. The prices felt reasonable for how good the food was, and I left full and satisfied.
