I had a healthy lunch at CAVA in Boulder, Colorado on a sunny afternoon. The place had a clean, modern look with a calm atmosphere, perfect for a quick, peaceful meal. I ordered the harissa avocado bowl and added a Spindrift half tea and half lemon to drink. The bowl was filled with fresh ingredients like spicy harissa, creamy avocado, and well-seasoned grains and vegetables that all went well together. The drink was light and refreshing, and it balanced the bold flavors of the bowl. The staff was friendly and helped me choose quickly. It cost just over twenty dollars, which seemed a bit expensive for lunch, but the food was delicious and fresh, so it was worth the price.
